Spicy Kale Tofu Bowl

Spicy Sautéed Kale - side portion

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
4 tsp olive oil
100 grams Kale
1 tsp Mama Lam’s Hot Sauce
Garlic Powder (or fresh chopped garlic) 
Salt
Pepper
212 grams of firm Tofu
Spicy Pickles or Jalapeños
1/4 lemon

  1. Clean Kale and remove leaves from stem. Chop and drain

  2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in pan

  3. Once heated, put kale into pan and sautée until kale is half cooked

  4. Add in the hot sauce, pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper until kale is fully cooked

  5. Heat the other 2 tsp of oil in the pan

  6. Dice the tofu and put in the pan. Pan fry until golden and add a pinch of salt

  7. Mix sautéed kale, pan-fried tofu and the spicy pickles or jalapeños and then squeeze the lemon juice
