1 lb Pork Belly (thinly sliced)
3 Tbs Mama Lam’s Curry PasteHeat pan and place pork belly in the pan with 2 tbs of curry paste.
Saute for about 3 minutes and then add the remaining 1 tbs of curry paste.
Continue to saute for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
