    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 8 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1 lb Pork Belly (thinly sliced)
    3 Tbs Mama Lam’s Curry Paste

    1. Heat pan and place pork belly in the pan with 2 tbs of curry paste.

    2. Saute for about 3 minutes and then add the remaining 1 tbs of curry paste.

    3. Continue to saute for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
