Roasted Curry Cauliflower

Roasted Malaysian Curry Cauliflower

Servings: 2-4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 24 minutes

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs Mama Lam’s Curry Paste
Salt (if preferred)

Stove Top Option

  1. Rinse and cut up the cauliflower head.

  2. Put the sesame oil in the pan, the cauliflower, and the curry paste in the pan and mix it altogether. Cover the pan with a lid.

  3. On medium-low heat, let it roast on the stove. Set a timer for 10 minutes and mix the cauliflower to avoid burning.

  4. Let it cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on.

  5. Turn off the heat and let it sit covered for another 4 minutes.

Oven Option

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Rinse and cut up the cauliflower head.

  3. In a Ziploc bag, shake up the curry paste and the chopped up cauliflower.

  4. Oil the cookie pan unless you have a non-stick pan.

  5. Place the curry cauliflower on the pan.

  6. Let it bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
