Spicy Ribs

Spicy spareribs made with Malaysian hot sauce served over garlic fried rice

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 3 minutes (3 hours to marinate or overnight for even more flavor)
Cook Time: 20 minutes

1 lb of spareribs
1 tbs of Mama Lam’s Hot Sauce
1 tbs of agave nectar
2 tbs oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbs garlic powder

  1. Mix ingredients and rub onto spareribs. Let marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Lay the ribs on your pan and place in the oven.

  3. Broil the ribs for 5 min. Then, flip and broil the other side for another 5 min.

  4. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Once heated, let the ribs bake for 7-10 minutes.
