1/2 lb Squid – cleaned and sliced
1 tbs Mama Lam’s Curry Paste
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
Make sure squid is completely dry. Then, mix squid and curry paste together.
Mix the curry-covered squid with the flour.
Heat oil in the pan.
Once oil is heated, place the flour-curry-covered squid into the pan.
Fry until golden brown or approximately 5 minutes. Move and/or flip the squid around to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Remove and drain the oil on plate with paper towel.
