Curry Shrimp Tacos

A Spicy Fusion

Who loves tacos? We do! We also love curried shrimp so we combined it together. The toppings can be altered to your liking – add some cilantro or corn!

If you love spicy, the spicy sour cream is a nice substitute over plain sour cream.

 


 

Servings: 8 tacos
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp (peeled)
4 tbs Mama Lam’s Curry Paste
Sour Cream
Lettuce (thinly sliced) 1
plum tomato (diced)
8 soft taco tortillas or 16 to double up per taco

Optional
Shredded Cheese
Spicy Sour Cream – this makes the tacos spicier!
1 pink radish (thinly sliced)

Directions

Spicy Sour Cream

  1. Mix 1/2 tsp of Mama Lam’s hot sauce with 1.5 tbs of sour cream

Curry Shrimp Tacos

  1. Heat pan.

  2. Place the shrimp and Mama Lam’s curry paste in the pan.

  3. Sauteé until cooked!

  4. Warm tortillas.

  5. Put taco together! Smear a layer of sour cream first, then add lettuce, curry shrimp, tomatoes, and radishes. Add cheese if you prefer.
