Malaysian Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of egg noodles (we recommend the Twin Marquis brand)
- 4 oz coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Mama Lam’s Peanut Satay Paste
Instructions:
- Cook noodles as per package instructions
- Fry satay paste in pan until it starts to sizzle.
- Add coconut milk and let it simmer.
- Once simmered, pour sauce over noodles. Mix it up!
- Garnish with scallions.
