Malaysian Peanut Satay Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb of chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the Sauce:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F
  2. Coat the wings with baking powder and salt 
  3. Lay them on a baking sheet with parchment paper 
  4. Once oven is preheated, bake the wings for 20 minutes. Flip and then bake the other side for 20 minutes.
  5.  Mix the melted butter with the Peanut Satay Paste. 
  6. When wings are cooked, toss them in the Peanut Satay butter mixture.
  7. Plate and enjoy!
