Malaysian Peanut Satay Wings

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For the Sauce:
- 30 grams of unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons of Mama Lam’s Peanut Satay Paste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 F
- Coat the wings with baking powder and salt
- Lay them on a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Once oven is preheated, bake the wings for 20 minutes. Flip and then bake the other side for 20 minutes.
- Mix the melted butter with the Peanut Satay Paste.
- When wings are cooked, toss them in the Peanut Satay butter mixture.
- Plate and enjoy!
