Though our hot sauce is also highly versatile, hot oil is the ideal choice for a finishing oil to add color to your dish. Sometimes our hot sauce is just too paste-like to spread evenly, which makes the chili oil the perfect alternative. 

Hot oil is traditionally used in Asian cooking but don’t let that limit you! It’s also a terrific addition to salad dressings, scrambled eggs, pasta, and dipping sauces.

How to use Malaysian Vegan Hot Oil, Vegan Chili Oil

You can add our Malaysian vegan chili oil to almost any dish, whether savory or sweet. Here are some ideas. 

Savory dishes

Refreshing Cucumber Salad – the perfect summer dish. Slice some cucumbers, tomatoes, and green onions, and toss everything with a bit of hot oil. 

Sweet Potato Fries – toss ‘em or dip ‘em. Either way, you won’t go back to having plain sweet potato fries ever again. 

Crispy Chickpeas – for a savory snack, coat some chickpeas in chili oil and bake them in the oven until crispy.
