Thinking about gifting Mama Lam’s to friends or family?

The sampler set is the perfect starter kit for them to determine which is their favorite! The Mild Malaysian Curry Paste still has a slight kick to it, so it’s not super mild. Then, there is the Medium Malaysian Curry Paste that has additional flavor and heat because the Malaysian Hot Sauce is cooked into it! Finally, there is the Malaysian Hot Sauce and Hot Oil, which is hot but it’s a savory heat.

Each of the 2 oz curry pastes have approximately 4 servings and the 2 oz hot sauce has approximately 13 servings. The 1 oz hot oil has approximately 13 servings as well. Perfect for one person or for a family of four!

If the Mild Malaysian Curry Paste ends up being too mild – no worries! They just have to add the Malaysian Hot Sauce to it to kick it up a notch.

Once jars are opened, we recommend refrigerating.  In the fridge, it will last up to one year, however, we’re sure that once they try it, they’ll end up loving it and using it up before then! The oil does not need to be refrigerated.
