Ingredients:
100 grams Kale
2 tsp oil (olive oil or sesame oil)
Garlic Powder or fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp Mama Lam’s Hot Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Clean Kale and remove leaves from stem. Chop and drain
Heat oil in pan
Once heated, put kale into pan and sauté e until kale is half cooked
Add in the hot sauce, pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper until kale is fully cooked
