1 lb Calamari Rings or Squid (cleaned and sliced)
1.5 Tbs Mama Lam’s Curry Paste
Boil water and place squid in for 10 seconds.
Heat pan and place drained squid in the pan with curry paste. Saute for about 5 minutes until the squid has absorbed the curry paste.
